Discover our spacious 80m² loft, where authenticity meets modernity. The lime walls,traditional terracotta floors, and a wooden mezzanine with a large glass roof ensure a warm atmosphere. This feature generously diffuses light to the upper floor, where you will find two welcoming bedrooms. On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room, enhanced by large bay windows reaching up to 5 meters in height. During cooler evenings, the wood stove adds an extra touch of comfort. An open Americanstyle kitchen and an Italian shower room complete this living space.

Outside, experience the soothing traditional Finnish bath. More than just a bath, it's a wellness break. Eco-friendly, this hot tub is wood-heated and requires no chemicals. The water is renewed after each stay and then naturally poured into our pond. The bath preparation takes about 6 hours from filling to heating, and its use is ideal in good weather. A contribution of 80€ is required on-site to cover the costs of wood, water, and heating.

In the heart of nature, our house combines serenity and proximity to essential amenities. Just a 5-minute drive away, discover the village of Sauxillanges, offering a range of practical shops. Here, you'll find local products, several bakeries, restaurants celebrating local cuisine, a press house, a pharmacy, a gas station, and a small supermarket for your daily needs.

For leisure, Sauxillanges has plenty to offer with its swimming pool open in the summer and tennis courts for sports enthusiasts. Our house is ideally located between Usson, known for its charm, and the Cluniac heritage of Sauxillanges. For walking enthusiasts, the "Claire's Trail" is a highlight: it starts at our doorstep and provides a beautiful hike between these two points of interest.

The surrounding area is conducive to various activities. You can explore the local culture, enjoy mountain biking, try electric scooters, or discover nearby equestrian centers. And for those who love mountainous landscapes, there are the reliefs of Livradois and the Sancy area, dominated by the Chain of Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
